Peccole Ranch and The Lakes

Peccole Ranch is located just South of Summerlin and is comprised of 12 communities, 5 of which are gated. Peccole Ranch also features a community clubhouse that can be rented out for large parties. The facilities also include tennis courts, volleyball court, and spectacular greenbelt areas including parks, and hiking and biking pathways. Peccole Ranch offers spectacular views with scenic drives just minutes away from the Red Rock Mountains.

The community’s elementary school was designed to be within walking distance of any of its developments so that children would have the safety of not having to cross a major street. The Lakes development is south of Peccole Ranch across Sahara Avenue and located directly west of the Las Vegas Strip. The Lakes, estabilished in 1987, is Southern Nevada’s first master-planned community featuring a man-made lake. The prices range from the low $100's up to over 2 million dollars. The Lakes is a more mature community, being as most of the consturction was completed in the 1980's. Both communities boast excellent public schools that are part of the Clark County School District, as well as a couple of choice private schools.

Higher educationis conveniently close with choices like the University of Neveda Las Vegas (UNLV), the Community College of Southern Nevada, and the Clark County Community College.
